About GiGi

Actor. Artist. Activist

GiGi is a graduate of Pomona College in Claremont, CA, with a bachelor's degree in theatre performance and environmental analysis. As a young American Indian artist and woman (Tongva and Mescalero), she creates and contributes to art that uplifts marginalized voices, and shares stories of creation, resilience, and beauty from frontline communities. Her professional aspirations lie at the intersection of art and climate justice -- GiGi has built a platform that celebrates her cultures, activism, and her passion for sharing art.

GiGi acknowledges the Tongva-Gabrielino people for their past, present, and future stewardship of this land and all its beings. This acknowledgment takes care to also honor the myriad of cultures, languages, and traditions of all Indigenous Peoples and First Nations – those that are still being practiced, and those that were forcefully taken, destroyed, and otherwise harmed by direct colonization and settler colonialism.
